Position: Account Director (Brand & Communications)
You and the role
We're looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional, who is able to work across a number of clients and projects simultaneously. We need someone to lead new clients as well as an existing group of loyal clients, with a genuine dedication and passion for their business growth and success.
You'll be responsible for the delivery of your clients' projects from start to finish, by working with the client and agency staff from the initial pitch through to the project's execution and delivery.
Whether it's a brand project, new website, integrated campaign, digital content series or social media campaign, if you’re someone who thrives on working across a variety of projects - this could be the role for you.

Skills and Experience
A minimum of 4-5 years account management experience, or equivalent experience in a brand or marketing position managing multiple staff and projects will be a big advantage
Ability to communicate effectively at every level, from agency creatives to executive level stakeholders and suppliers
Super-human time management abilities
A great level of pride in your work with OCD level attention to detail
Budgeting, planning and project management skills
High level copywriting ability, from writing briefs to writing brand or website copy
A friendly, personable and easy-going team player who is also proactive and able to work independently
Confident in establishing and developing new relationship
Able to stay calm and level headed, providing direction to others in a collaborative way to deliver brilliant work for our clients
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent understanding of digital and social media (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
