Duffy & Simon Lawyers approached Seen Agency in late 2017 to discuss options to improve the effectiveness of the company's website and digital marketing activity. After some initial research, it was decided that an update to the Duffy & Simon brand and visual identity was required, in addition to an overhauled website.
Through further market research it was identified that Duffy & Simon Lawyers position as the largest law firm in their local market, offered unique value to their clientele, and that this position was being underutilised in the brand's messaging. This unique value proposition was of particular importance in the brand and visual identity development project.
The Seen team worked to develop ways of communicating the firm's size by highlighting the tangible benefits it offers their clientele. Put simply, by choosing Duffy & Simon Lawyers, you're effectively improving the chance of achieving your desired outcome by accessing a team of highly experienced and multi-disciplined lawyers. The brand's tagline, 'control your outcome' was born from this, and the required behaviours of internal team work and leadership was written into the brand values.
The development of the brand's unique value proposition, market position, brand purpose, values and desired perceptions helped our creative team develop a bold, confident and modern visual identity to help the brand communicate with its audience. Our creative and digital team then extended the new visual identity across all of the brand's visual and physical touch points including a revamped website, mobile site, signage, stationary, uniforms and marketing material.
