LMK Building Surveyors is a family run building consultancy business offering comprehensive building advice, inspections, approvals (permits) and certifications for clients that design, build and develop residential and commercial buildings.
Armed with a mission “to make things as easy as possible for their clients”, LMK and their expanding team of surveyors and support staff have grown exponentially during their first 5 years of business. As the business evolved, it became apparent that the existing brand and identity didn't sufficiently represent their current position in the market, and would likely inhibit plans for future growth. This is complemented by a sophisticated colour palette, that has taken the former green shade into the modern age and features elegant white on white elements to communicate a fresh dynamic approach to building surveyance services. Overall, the new LMK brand identity creates a bold statement that sets the business apart as respected leaders in the surveying and greater building industries.
