COVID-19 Response Update

In response to the growing Covid-19 pandemic and the health and wellbeing threat it presents to our team members, clients and broader community, we’ve decided to temporarily close our Warragul studio as of Friday March 20, and work remotely until further notice.

For new clients, please email hello@seenagency.com.au and we’ll attempt to respond within our standard one business day window. For urgent matters please contact Stuart Robertson, our Managing Director, on 0401 361 153.

What does this mean for current clients?

For current clients with projects underway, in essence, nothing will change. Our team will still be available to you via phone, email and face-to-face meetings via Google Hangouts whenever you need us.

Our team will have all of the tools they use in the studio, available to them at home and we don’t anticipate any project delays, or changes to capacity as a result of this change.

Projects that require team members to be on-location (like content creation for social media or websites) will go ahead as usual with extra precautions, in line with current health advice and government directives.

What does this mean for new clients?

If you’d like to start a new project with Seen, we encourage you to do so with confidence.

Our team will still be available by phone, email, Google Hangouts or even a face-to-face if absolutely necessary (pending new health advice or government directives).

We have an experienced, talented and genuinely passionate team that work just as effectively at home as they do in the studio.

We have a number of procedures and tools available to us that will also ensure our staff continue to work collaboratively and effectively as a team, to produce outstanding work for our clients.

What else are we doing?

To get through this unprecedented global crisis, and the related health and economic challenges it will throw at us, we have to come together as a community and each do our bit.

We encourage everyone to maintain their humanity and care for each other. Listen to the medical advice and take responsibility, so we can protect the most vulnerable people in our lives.

We also need to support local businesses wherever and whenever possible. To do our bit, we’re working on a plan to increase the standard rate discount level for existing clients from 10% to 25% and for new clients from 0% to 15%.
